Your home should smell amazing. All our boxes contain 50-75g of premium wax melts. Each box contains 3-4 different scents.
You'll also receive a quality homeware item. This could be a soft furnishing (throws, cushion cases), ceramic display item (plant pot, hanging pot) or picture frames (special 'no nail hooks' are provided!).
Wax melts don't last forever. If you've signed up to our subscription box service another box will arrive in 30 days time. The box will include more melt in your sofa aromas as well as another quality homeware item.
We offer a flexible service and our customers can cancel and resubscribe at any time.
UK shipping is free! We try not to overspend on packaging ensuring your item arrives safely and quickly. All our packaging is 100% recyclable.

Yes however only Box One with its ceramic wax melt burner. Boxes thereafter come only as a subscription model.

We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy our product. We of course offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please email info@melt-box.co.uk and we’ll send delivery instructions. Please remember to keep the Proof of Postage Certificate. If your parcel gets lost on the way back to us, we will need to obtain a copy of this to issue a refund/ exchange. If you’re returning items from multiple orders you’re welcome to send them back in a single parcel if items can be packaged securely.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receipt of your items.
